The ERP Opportunity in Higher Ed

COVID-19 impacted all industries including the education sector.  Institutions adopted technologies to continue delivering education during a time when enrollment dropped significantly. Educational institutions need to continue technology investments.  Modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are one of the best solutions to reinvent and automate academic and administrative operations.

Retention
An efficient system coupled with trusted solution implementers allows for seamless management of all activities performed by prospects, students, administrators, faculty, and management.  Positive experiences throughout the whole educational journey leads institutions in recruiting and retaining top talent.

Growth
At many institutions, labor-intensive processes take away time from delivering quality student experiences and enrolment growth.  ERP ensures educational institutions reduce manual errors and problems by automating and streamlining processes for growth, efficiency, cost-cutting, and bottom-line operational costs.

Accessibility
During the pandemic, Institutions had to alter the way instructional courses are delivered.  With the lockdown, college enrollment decreased by more than one million since 20191 with community colleges impacted the most, experiencing a 14.1% enrollment decline since Fall 20192.  Institutions are channeling ways to increase education accessibility to support remote learning and remote operations to deliver the same if not better quality education pre-Covid.

Institutions with modern ERP systems are better equipped to analyze enrolment trends and better position themselves, despite the rising costs of higher education.
